"Great place to spend the night if you're catching a ferry from Pralarn Pier. The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly and accomodating. It was also a nice touch that they knew I was taking a ferry without me telling them, unfortunately they had the time wrong and called me several times early in the morning as if I was taking the first ferry when I actually was taking one at 11"

"The room was big and clean and the staff were friendly, kind and overall attentive. The hotel is huge where some areas are perched up on a hill so getting around on foot will be hard thus requesting for buggie/golf cart will be required to get to places such as the beach, reception, spa, restaurants etc. The breakfast buffet was great, i loved the juice bar! We did appreciate their thoughtfulness on setting up our room and the little suprises we would have knowing we are their to celebrate our engagement. Some advantages are that the hotel provides shuttle services from and to to the central area and the private beach. The only disadvantage was the overpriced food at the restaurants even considering the quality and location, which is a premium."
