Situated conveniently, the villa offers proximity to various attractions across Koh Samui. The main ferry port of Nathon, connecting to the Thai mainland, is a 30-minute drive away. Additionally, it takes 20 minutes to reach Samui's international airport and just 10-15 minutes to the beautiful sandy Bophut Beach, Big Buddha, and the main tourist center of Chaweng.

The villa features a high natural stone retaining wall bordering the garden, leading to the elevated living and dining room. The living space, extending almost the entire width of the villa, boasts a high wood-lined vaulted ceiling with windows on both sides, creating a grand sense of space. A dining table for ten is placed in the center, next to an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and high-end appliances, including a built-in wine cooler.

The lounge area, furnished with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, complements the dining space. Outside, a covered balcony runs along the entire length of the pavilion, offering stunning views of the tropical garden and the 20-meter infinity pool. The kitchen is equipped with a Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine (bean espresso machine), blender, toaster, rice cooker, BBQ, oven, stove, electric kettle, wine fridge, kitchenware, dinnerware, water dispenser, basics (oil, salt, and pepper), pots and pans, tea post, Coffee capsule, mini bar, and wine glasses.

The indoor dining pavilion (a modern open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar) can seat up to 8 persons. There is also an outdoor dining sala with a barbecue grill that can sit up to 8 persons.

Serviced by the estate’s central kitchen, run by a highly skilled chef and his team. The kitchen is adept in the preparation of Thai and western cuisines, which are served hot in the villa. Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets and children’s menu).
- A suggestion priced menu is available for you to choose from with 25% shopping fee + 7% VAT (meals to be prepared by the main kitchen chef and served at the villa as the same)
- Alternatively, a private in-villa chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets) at additional cost (USD 60++).
- Pre-arrival shopping service is available at 30% of grocery cost as handling fee, subject to 7% VAT.
- Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 3% (VISA Card, Master Card, JTB card, Union Pay).
