"The hotel is beautiful, and has its own private beach. It’s not convenient to walk anywhere except for the few shops on smal road leading into the hotel - but that is because it’s tucked away in a beautiful area. The staff was very professional and very nice. "

We did have an issue with the AC but we were accommodated extremely nicely and they fixed the issue right away. Great buffet. We are muslim and they had halal options available, labeled as well. They can also shuttle you to popular locationa like Patong. It is far from the airport but time flies as the drive is scenic. We got the 2 bedroom villa. It was perfect and amazing. This is bay far the beat hotel, resort and room/villa I've ever stayed at. Room servicw food was delicious. American cuisine reminds you of home and the Thai food is authentic. "
