Cleaning is promised on a daily basis, someone turned up once. There's nothing in the place to clean up after yourself not even a broom or dustpan and...

Many decent restaurants within walking distance and the local market was very close. There was a really nice beach on the east coast within a 15 minute walk as well. The units were well maintained with nice little touches like free water, snacks, coffees/teas, etc. The pools were nice and the property was well secured.
