"staff were friendly although not all could converse in english. take note that guests who stay for a week are required to deposit 1000 baht. there was a commotion where i deposited 1000baht but was informed that Expedia customers were exempted from the deposit hence, they almost did not refund me. this was because the staff who checked me in and took my deposit was not on duty on the day i checked out. nevertheless, i got my money back. T&Cs need to be worked on, both the staff and customers...

"We love the cats that live in the hotel, absolutely adorable! The recovery area with steam room, sauna and cold plunge is really nice for post training - though it sometimes gets too busy. My only issues are with the cleanliness and bedding. The cleaning could be more thorough, they often leave out the balcony area and toilet always seems to have a slight bad smell. The bed we got was also too soft, it just sinks in. Asked for another option but they didn't have any, so I ended up sleeping on...

"Beautiful, charming and cozy, beautiful beach front, safe, quiet, and far from the noise and chaos of Patong! As a single female traveller, this was a wonderfully relaxing and charming little getaway spot. The ocean front villa was beyond luxury and charm. Worth a little extra for one of these! And the staff were just so lovely and helpful. Can’t say enough good about this place. "

"Very clean, well kept grounds. Great pool!! In a quiet location away from the bustling girly bars. A few good eateries nearby. Could do with a bit more restaraunt service and better on hand staffing but overall it was good."

"The most beautiful spa , excellent massage service, and the masseuse knew how to untangle the knots in the neck and shoulder area. The resort by itself is so quiet and amazing you get your own villa. The Shuttle between the rooms is very prompt"
