We had a fantastic stay. We had a group of people split across 9 rooms. All the rooms were well managed, check in and out was no problem, there was a real family feel to the hotel, and above all else the staff were amazing. The coffee shop attached to the hotel is great (Thai Tea 10/10!) and we felt at home very quickly. Great value for money, can't fault anything - especially for the price paid. We will definitely be back!

Pleasant stay at Phaithong.

We had two little houses in the resort, both were very comfortable and clean. A kettle and cups were provided and daily bottle of waer. The houses were in a circuit around the pool area. Pool was warm and clean. The gym room was well equiped and clean also. Breakfast was ok , choose an item from the menu, an attempt at western food, it was edible but not wow. The resort was on a main highway through Phuiket but it was not noisy.

Great Value!

Our stay was great! The rooms are big, clean, modern and have air con. They also have a fridge which proved to be very useful! The wifi is fast and consistent. The sole purpose of our trip was to be at Tiger Muay Thai and the hotel was great for this purpose. Only about a 9-10 minute walk way and I'm sure it is much nicer than the Tiger Accomodation. We left at 6:15 every morning and so they prepared breakfast at 6:00 am for us. The main manager (we never got her name) was amazing! She speaks great English and was able to help us with everything we needed which was so helpful. Most of the other staff speak very little to no English which is the only downside if you need anything. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel!

Staff are very nice polite professional. The property is abit old but for the price it is quite good, suits budget minded travellers. It's on the main Rd so it can get abit noisy but still ok. Will require scooter or car as not many shops that close.

Nice resort hotel; stayed for 3 days with family.

Hotel resort is nearer to Bird park, Zoo and Big Bhudda temple. Resort staffs are very friendly and services are pleasing. Food also very close to typical Thailand authentic cuisine. Hotel location is bit far from Patong beach and other hot places of Phuket Town.

Gutes Preisleistubgsverhältnis

Hallo liebe Thailandbesucher Muss schon sagen, das Land hat mich nach ein paar Tagen wirklich geflasht. Tolle Menschen, tolles Essen, viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten und viele Ubterkunftsmöglichkriten. Gerade letztere Rubrik kann einem Kopfzerbrechen bereiten, wenn man aber weiß was man will, sollte auch die Wahl des Hotels kein Problem darstellen. Will man also einen ruhigen, schönen entspannten Familienurlaub machen oder mal abschalten, ist man hier falsch. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptverkehrsarder Chalongs und zu jedem halbwegs gutem Restaurant muss man entweder ein Taxi nehmen oder zu Fuß an genannter Straße entlang laufen. Da es keine Gehewege gibt und einem das Fahrverhalten der Thais Kopfschmerzen bereitet, die Straße schattenfrei ist läuft man Gefahr einen Sonnenstich zu kriegen odef überfahren zu werden. Mit anderen Worten, ich fand die Lage eher bescheiden . Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt, aber das finde ich persönlich nicht schlimm, aber kann bei "Sonderwünschen" nerven, sind die fehlenden Englischkenntnisse, mit Außnahme einer Mitarbeiterin. Abgesehen davon sind die Mitarbeiter dieses Hotels der am positivsten hervorzuhebender Punkt. So kommen wir zu den positiven Aspekten: Wenn man jetzt nicht großartigen Luxus wünscht und als Überbrückung zur Findung anderer/besserer Unterkünfte, hier vorerst verweilen möchte ist das Hotel top. Es ist sauber, schnelles Wlan, gutes Essen und eben ein freundlicher aber kein künstlich überschwenglicher, nerviger Service

cleanest room ever stayed!!

they just opened for a year, location not that great, but is a cheap hotel that you can rent motor and explore. We stayed there for the 2nights then changed to karon beach just for a change. For the same price, we came back to Phaithong for the cleaner, cozy room. can get your free simple coffee and toast for breakfast, sometimes with banana and treats from the owner. Is a family owned hotel, we met the mom while daughter was away for few days, mom cant speak much english yet she tried her very best to help us whatever she can. Daughter can speak fluent english and chinese. You can rent motor there, or ask them to help you get you a taxi, which is the friendly good taxi driver.
