"Very noisy neighbouring bar playing loud music on one side of the hotel every night until midnight or 1am. It's an old grand house that is losing a lot of quality and has been converted into a jumbled café full of stuff. The staff are very friendly and kind. "The room was comfortable and spacious. We did have to switch rooms due to construction noise and dust starting early in the morning. I requested they move us to the opposite side of property and it was much better. The free shuttle to Promtep was a lovely add-on. The staff was friendly and a small parting gift of a coin purse was a wonderful touch."
