A diligent and smiling team of housekeepers cleans the unit every day. The beautifully landscaped pools, where I spend much of my time, also get a lot of attention from the hotel staff and a pool maintenance company. Towels are readily available poolside.

Bon sejour

Nous avons passé 6 nuit sur deux logements. Le logement est grand. Il est parfait pour un couple car un seul lit. Les lits appoints ne sont pas très bons très durs et le canapé est trop mou. Point important la piscine est super mais trop chlore sur 8 personnes, 4 ont développé une allergie (boutons, rougeurs....) Sinon l'emplacement est super.

Very affordable two level one bedroom with kitchen. Great location just off main road on dead end street. Main road has everything you need including convenience stores, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and ATM. Kitchen was great bonus. Cooked breakfast every morning during 10 nights here Eight units here and some are long term tenants. Good size living room with one not so comfortable couch. No tv which is in bedroom. Bedroom is large with comfortable bed, large armoire for clothes and a good size balcony. Bathroom is quite large with large shower with good water pressure. A/c worked well downstairs but upstairs remote had issues; you froze or it was too hot. Biggest negative is noise. With the exception of one unit occupied by a local mom and her two very young, constantly screaming children; every other unit housed European millionaires; some long term. Some were respectful; others not even close. Ridiculously loud music, at concert level from one apartment. Manager did not address it until I approached her. Because of the young age of the guests here, late night returning after the bars closed is common. The walls are thin here. We can hear them, they can hear us. This was one of the best equipped units I ever stayed at for an extremely low price. I prefer a quieter location but that’s me. Laundry service was excellent.

Non avevo il telecomando e quando lo ho fatto notare, non mi è stato dato un altro. Peggio è stato quando ho chiesto di fare il check out alle 7,30 per prendere l'autobus alle 8. Non si è presentato nessuno fino alle 8,30 così ho perso l'autobus e ho dovuto prendere un taxi per l'aeroporto ( 1100 baht invece di 170 ).

Great townhouse at a good value. Well-equipped kitchen, large TV, nice bathroom, and AC and wifi worked well. The beds were a bit hard for us, but the pool was lovely. The stairs were steep, which might be challenging for some guests. We would recommend this to others and would choose to stay here again.

Location is perfect ! walking distance from Rawai Beach, fish market and all the restaurants! Nai harn beach is just 10 min drive! Mam and Greg are very nice people! Apartments are big and confortable perfect for a family of 4. Garden is beautiful and well taken care of! We highly recommend this place for families !!!

Отель очень рекомендую. В отеле 8 номеров - 7 дуплексов и одна вилла. В каждом дуплексе на первом этаже кухня-гостиная с плитой, холодильником, чайником и СВЧ, на втором этаже спальня. Два санузла на обоих этажах. Район тихий, рядом буддийский храм, в окрестностях много кафе и мест для досуга с ценами ниже, чем на Патонге. Ближайший пляж Равай - не очень, рекомендую Най Харн, на мопеде 10 минут или на минибасе те же 10 минут, ходит каждые 20 минут от причала Равай. Девушки с ресепшена - просто чудо! Всем помогут, все расскажут. На ДР дочки подарили ей торт с свечками без всяких просьб с нашей стороны - так приятно было!

Великолепный отдых в Раваи

Чудесное место))) Отель небольшой, но очень уютный, красивая территория, рядом - рынок морепродуктов и пирс, любили там гулять вечерами с детьми. Пляжи Януи и Най-Харн - на байке за пять минут доехать можно. В десяти минутах ходьбы - Раваи-парк, очень классное место для отдыха с детьми! Ну и все для комфортной жизни рядом - магазины, кафе, массаж, при этом от главной дороги отель удален и на самой территории очень тихо и спокойно))) Уезжать не хотелось!

Prix imbattable et gentillesse du staff

Nous avons séjourné une seule nuit à un prix défiant toute concurrence pour une chambre sur 2 étages de 65m2 Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine mais elle avait l’air très correcte L’hôtel est situé dans une rue calme à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants (de quoi nous ravir) Seul petit bémol : nous avons dû exterminer une 30aine de moustiques (mon ami est allergique aux piqûres) Heureusement qu’il y avait la moustiquaire au dessus du lit, très bonne initiative Le gérant est très sympathique !

Un hôtel très sympa près de la plage

Nous avons été accueillis par le manager Tony qui est français et qui se ment en quatre pour conserver un esprit calme et familial à son hôtel. Les chambres en duplex sont immenses et parfaitement propres. Tony nous a fourni des scooters de location et nous a organisé 2 excursions exclusives et pas chères et nous a aussi conseillé les meilleurs restaurants du coin. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel sans hésiter.
