Amazing location and overall vibe of the resort, quiet and relaxing few days. Would recommend to improve the Speed Boat transfer, having no ladder to climb on vs having to use the tyre attached to the dock was surprising along with the food on the menus needs a refreshed approach to make the experience even better.

Overall stay was excellent however there are very limited food options, though the main restaurant is really delicious.. service was really satisfying my little kid suffered from Rota ( most likely not from the hotel as we stayed in phuket before going to The racha) and the nurse was extremely helpful, sweet and provided all medications needed for the condition until we went back to Phuket..

Missing a gard at the adult pool, to many children and screaming. No priority, even when a regular visitor for 10 th time! Missing a slow boat instead of the speed boat, no ruch when on holiday!

Very nice. The sunset restaurant on the beach was never open but we soon learnt that it was not part of the hotel. Boat trips were available but as they were expensive they were regularly cancelled on the day of the trip. Internet availability was awful. It was very slow and you had to sign in to each area of the hotel you were in. Each sign in only lasted a day so a bit disappointed really. On site Hotel Spa was very good.

Fantastisk flot bugt og vand, på den modsatte side af øen er der gode snorkling muligheder. Bugten er belastet af en masse dagsturister i tidsrummet fra 10.00-16.00. Maden kunne være bedre, elendigt husorkester. God Spa på hotellet med ok priser for 5 stjernet hotel. Mange kineser der ikke respekterede området med adult pool. Flot udsigt fra hotellet.

Magnificent stay and hotel

The hotel and the staff are just perfect. Everyday the staff has kind attentions. The beach is beautiful, the food delicious and the villas have high European comfort standards. We were so delighted that we extended our stay twice!

Great service

It was perfect and nice. The only thing to comment is the turist comming in with boats every day to see the island on the beach and They where very loud, even made the beach dirty. That was not relaxing. But the resort was amazing and great service.

Очень не удачно сделано описание поиска лодки на остров . При запросе в администрацию острова , как добраться до острова , был две ответ - ищите лодку с наименованием Рача , мы все причалы оббежали и все вокруг них , пока нам случайно не сказали , что есть их офис и он находиться напротив Причала , так его не видно . Администрация отеля не сказала о том, что есть офис , в котором все будет оформлено . Спасибо
