"The pool was amazing. For mid-seventy year old folks, the steps were a little bit of a challenge and better hand rails would be an added plus. Walking the beach at high tide was very dangerous. Therefore, the path/walk to the neighboring resorts should be more developed and obvious."

"The peaceful resort was a pleasant surprise! The staff were very friendly and we spent the first night in the garden view room. It was nice but the towels left so much lint everywhere but it was okay because we were being upgraded to a pool view room for the rest of our stay anyways. "Nice ourdoors area with big and fun pools. Super close to the beach with the best sunset. The staff is very polite and helpful. But overall the rooms are outdated, with a very strong smell of cleaning supplies. The aircondition is old and pointing directly at the bed, so we ended up with a bad throat infection the first day here (but 3rd week in Thailand). Talked to other guest who had experienced the same. "

More sunbeds would help here as there are some selfish people who "reserve" the sunbeds by placing their towels over them early in the morning although not actually turning up until almost lunchtime. "Beautiful resort overlooking the beach, and the room was spotless. Pros: Clean, spacious room Amazing shower with great views Decent breakfast buffet Transport companies were outside the door most hours Reliable laundry service Clean gym, nice Muay Thai class offering Nice spa Cons: DO NOT ORDER TAXI FROM THEM. They ordered a cab (when we had to make a boat) that arrived 20 minutes late, crammed us in with tons of people and the cab smelled of cigarettes, and they dropped our bag on the street. We could have gotten our own private transport that was outside the door for less money. When I pointed this out to the hotel, the response was “we will complain to the company, no worries.” Our complaint is with both the cab company and the hotel. We made a mistake trusting them. "
