We had a really lovely stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Railay was laid back and fun to explore. Right next to the walking street which was super convenient. Our suite had great air conditioning, and the pool was beautiful to swim in. There were lots of animals around, from monkeys to monitor lizards to friendly resort cats. Breakfast was delicious every day with many options to choose from, we especially liked the egg station! Would stay here again.

The staff was so kind, helpful and professional. The front desk staff was especially very proactive with solving any problem and incredibly friendly and respectful. The back pool and garden was magical and relaxing. The buffet breakfast offered great variety too. The transportation back to the airport, which was organized by the hotel, was incredibly efficient and smooth. We loved our stay at the hotel.

Outstanding in every area. Right on beach, great breakfast. Before tourists arrive and its quiet, cant imagine a more perfect beach. Pool area lovely, recommend rooms overlooking it, although the chalets looked gorgeous too.

Beautiful location and the hotel is very nice. Two complaints - they have very few lounge chairs for relaxing by the pool or beachfront and they have only one coffee machine, causing long waits for coffee during the breakfast buffet. With some small improvements, this hotel could be wonderful!!

The grounds were breathtaking . Had a room looking out at the pool. Such a beautiful courtyard surrounding the pool- lots of beautiful flowers !!!! Great spot for photos The transfer provided by hotel worked out seamlessly- easy to find airport taxi driver , and then ferry to Railay. The buffet had many options and an omelette station. The massages were ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The rooms are large, AC worked great, bathroom lovely. A few more beachfront loungers might be nice and I’m thankful the staff made sure only hotel guests used the 4 beach loungers . I’d stay again!!!

Staff were great. I recommend booking a transfer with them as they also help with your bags. Pool and rooms were fine. Breakfast had a good variety. I like room 1001 and 1015 . Great location. Be mindful pool side rooms are ground floor ,pool view rooms are up stairs.

we liked our stay here, the resort is right on the beach - even there are many long boats there so if you want to go in the water you need to walk left or right. the resort is very long, we had a pool access room which was gorgeous but it is a walk to the front of the property and if you want to go to the other side you need to walk all the way to the front and then back. the staff was super nice and helpful, we had the transfer arranged with the hotel from the airport and it was amazing. Room was large and clean, what we were not so in favor is, they had an interconnected door which was closed, but we had some noisy neighbors, the first night we woke up at midnight, and the next days we had every afternoon the pleasure to listen to them make out. breakfast was very yummy and you have it with wonderful beach view. If coming back to Railay beach we would stay here again.

I booked 2 jacuzzi villas, that were nothing like the pictures. The villas were old, the bathroom so old that the shower head was only allowing water to come out through half of his small openings. At night there was a sewage smell coming from the shower drain. Breakfast is poor, only the egg station that is okay. Yogurt left out the entire time, in the heat. When something finishes something else is brought out - for example there were baked potatoes with cheese but the moment they finished they brought out some sad boiled potatoes cut in 4. Location though is gorgeous, right next to the beach and surrounded by lush trees. But i paid 200$ per night and its nowhere near worth that money for what they are offering.

What an amazing place! Railay beach is just beautiful, and loved having breakfast overlooking the beach before the crowds showed up. Great large room and bathroom, super clean, right beside a beautiful pool which is exactly what you want after a long day exploring the beaches and sights of Krabi. The monkeys even joined in one day ! The maid left us some fun towel animals every day. Staff as very friendly and helpful. Transfer to and from the hotel was flawless. Great place.
