Accommodation and restaurant really good. Low season we had no trouble parking but I can see parking being tight when budy. Restaurant had live music at night. Good location, everything was fine.

A nice centrally located hotel on White Sand Beach. The hotel is on two sides of a busy road. Two pools with the larger hill side pool the pick of the two. We’d stay here again.

Stayed here for one night and chose the Deluxe Villa Sea View. Beautiful room and great view. The staff were kind and welcoming. Great breakfast and great restaurant overall. The pool area was very nice as well. The pool was not heated and that was great since the air temperature was hot! Lovely hotel, great location at White Sand Beach. We would love to come back!

Nice resort on the beach noting need to check this when booking as also have across the road (that is also ok) Stayed at chalet which is great. Large comfy room. Swimming pool close to the beach is great. Food is good, pad kapow pork, Tom yum etc

Water in shower either hot or cold. Overall hotel ok. But koh chang itself i would give 1 star. Came for seven nights & stayed one night only. Never coming back again. Waste of lot of money.

Anniversary upgrade

We were upgraded to a ocean front villa for our anniversary which was greatly appreciated. The spa bathroom was awesome especially the tub area. We did have some issues with the shower faucet not getting hot water as well as the bathroom sink didn't have hot water. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Too bad that there was no beach as showed on there hotel photos.

Old tired Hotel which is in need of an overhaul. Rooms smell and are very damp. Had the poo tank outside our room so moved as the room smelt like a toilet. Had to run around the shower to get wet as the water presser is nothing, toilet didn’t like flushing so needed to press 3/4 times good for water saving. Second time at the hotel and it hasn’t improved so won’t be back. 6 years between stays.

Det var hønsegård rett utforbi og haner som GALTE fra kl 04 og hele dagen. Når en ligger syk i to dager så blir det utholdelig.

Hotelli oli jo aikaa nähnyt. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli tympein kokemus ikinä. Annettiin vain avaimet ja sanottiin tuohon suuntaan. Kukaan ei kertonut esim aamupalasta, allas-alueesta tai muista käytönnöistä mitään. Allas-alue oli todella hyvä ja aamupala erittäin kattava ihanalla merinäkymällä.

Trevligt hotell nära allt

Ligger i slutet av stranden, och stranden utanför hotellet är stenig så man får gå förbi/via hotellet och in på stranden. Finns flera restauranger precis bredvid hotellet på stranden och ännu fler högre upp. Precis utanför hotellet finns en matmarknad öppen fr 17.00 som är jättebra. Assistans/vakt vid övergångsstället 24/7 vilket verkligen uppskattades då vi reser med barn. Läget på hotellet är kanon, finns även massa restauranger och butiker på huvudgatan som är nära. Hotellet är uppdelat i två delar; hill och sea. Båda trevliga och har pooler för både vuxna och barn. Kids club och gym ligger vid hill och restaurangen vid sea. Trevlig personal och bra mat. Enda nackdelen var att enda pålägget på frukosten var marmelad samt att utemöblerna på balkongen saknade dynor och var superhårda att sitta på.
