「Reception staff was very welcoming. She accidentally gave me the wrong room key but called me before I had brought all of my things in from the car and was very apologetic. The second room had an overwhelming floral scent. I checked at the front desk and was told that all of the rooms are sprayed with eucalyptus. I ended up canceling my room and getting a refund from Expedia. Overall, the hotel was clean, but in need of upgrade (carpet, paint, mattress, etc). An old AC unit was sitting in the...

「Frequently short on coffee, pancakes. Oatmeal was watery. Our room bathroom smelled moldy. The clock auto reset to 0600 and was hardwired so we couldn’t unplug it. Our room door to 213 didn’t open Or close smoothly so would awake those sleeping if someone needed to exit room. 」
