The hotel also has a small gym and a swimming pool on Level 3, suitable for a quick workout or short relaxation. A convenient feature is the shuttle service to Thonglor BTS station, although it only operates until 8pm, so guests returning later may need to arrange their own transport. There are, however, some areas that need improvement. The toilet floor tiles can be quite slippery when wet, so extra caution is needed. Housekeeping could also be more thorough — the toilet and rubbish bin were not cleaned properly during daily room service, and tissues were not refilled. Overall, the hotel has good potential thanks to its spacious rooms and location, but there is definitely room for improvement in housekeeping and maintenance."
