「The property is in a beautiful location. The area Rose is a quiet fishing harbour with a few good Restuarant’s. Cars need to be parked to the edge of the village so it is car free zone. Staff are very kind and helpful… helping with bags etc. we did not eat in the Restuarant at the property but the food looked good. The pool and terrace areas are stunning. 「Lovely room with beautiful view. Very helpful staff. Easy parking, just give then your keys! Nice breakfast with lots of options, however hot choices were always cold. Quiet building, very modern. In May, the pool was cold, but we went in anyway. Overall, lovely spot in Herceg Novi, right on promenade and a pleasant 10 minute walk to Old Town.」

「Hotel uses historic building and very good atmosphere but I must say service level is not at professional level. I asked to bring towels to my room but it took two hours after I called twice. There is very limited items in the room and I had to ask for glasses to drink wine. There is swimming area just in front of the hotel but drains from somewhere (maybe from the hotel) make the whole area stink….」

「Had a lovely few days at this hotel. Very warm welcome from hotel staff who showed us to the room and were very helpful with booking taxis etc. We stayed in a room with pool access and the room was lovely, very modern and clean as was the hotel in general. Breakfast was plenty with a good choice of food, all fresh each day. Pool and pool area was very clean, was lovely eating breakfast outside at the tables and chairs located by the pool. 「The air conditioning didn’t really work in the room. Despite setting it to a low temperature, the room was very hot all night resulting in a poor sleep. Also, we found a pair of underwear from the previous guests in the bathroom which was a shock.」
