"The free shuttle was a big help, not only from and to the airport but also to Disneyland and Disneysea. Mr. Kim was so helpful and patient with us, 1 time we overslept 😅 and he still helped us to go to where we need to go. Yes there was no family/living room but we are in Japan, we are out and about, we get to the home we sleep and tomorrow out again 😊 It was a nice place to stay, close to 7-11 and some grocery stores when we need to pick stuff specially for breakfasts, also have few...

"This host never provided access to the property, did not respond to messages and left me homeless and in desperate search of a new hotel at the last minute. I received a full refund from my credit card company and VRBO but this was a horrible experience. I would not recommend that anyone book this hotel."
