"Fun for the price but the echo chamber in the front area makes it hard to sleep."

"Recently renovated hotel! Lobby was impressive. Front desk staff were pleasant; Diego, Gabby and Gaby were professional and courteous. Tap key in hand I headed to elevators, upon stepping on to the 3rd flr, the hallway smelled musty and felt heavy with humidy. rm 324, North Tower - 1 King bed, tub/shower, 1 adult, nonsmoking: my concern- door wasn't flush, 1 1/2 inch gap between frame/door causing bright light from exterior hallway to filter into interior of room. Being a solo traveler, this made me feel uneasy. The cabinet, that stored the small refrigerator, was dirty and had a dried french fry on side of unit. I took photos, went to front desk, showed Staff and they immediately assigned me to the 7th flr, rm 729, North Tower - 2 queen beds, shower, 1 adult, nonsmoking. It was clean, inviting, a/c on and bathroom was well stocked with towels, all amenties were as stated via their website. Unfortunately no microwaves in rms, but there are two microwaves for public use as you approach the lobby. Across from the Convenience Store is a snack/beverage area, to curb that midnight craving. Inside the entrance doors you'll find a Dunkin Donut's, Pizzaland, Chuck E Cheese Kids Zone, with pay as you play arcade games for all ages. The bar tender Haziel, at the Gulpin Gator was very personable, a true people person. I ordered a lemonade and she suggested a splash of strawberry puree. I'm so glad for her recommendation, it was very refreshing! My seven day stay was delightful."

"Took over an hour to check in the rooms were not ready. The refrigerator was dirty. The hot tub didn’t work. The sauna didn’t work. They charged me an extra $200 activity fees, which I had no activities to do because everything wasn’t working and they put us across the street where you couldn’t even get to the restaurant oh the restaurant was closed for the entire week and the pool was dirty. Never stay there again. Never use this app again to book any trips ever "

"I think this hotel will be nice once the renovations are complete. I did appreciate the effort with carpet and paint that was noticible. The bathroom was not great but I won't judge poorly as I'm thinking everything will show improvement within the next year."

"Overall beautiful and amazing however the women’s bathroom in the water park had multiple stalls with doors that wouldn’t lock (the locking mechanism was too short, misaligned etc), the paper towel dispenser cover was hanging off, and the waste receptacles in the stalls for feminine hygiene products didn’t have bottoms so there were pads on the floors of multiple stalls. Other than the women’s bathroom, everything else was beautiful and clean. "

"Elevator situation was tough. Staff used them and you would be stuck waiting for elevators for a long time. Guest reserve all the pool seats and no seating. 1 pool you have to pay to use so really only 1 other pool that’s large. Otherwise really nice place. "

"Old hotel. No free breakfast options typical of other Holiday Inns. On our first night, the fire alarm went off. The staff kept saying “false alarm” and to go back into the room. In the meantime, the fire department was still making their rounds and the staff was still checking in guests for the other tower while both the audible alarms and lights in the halls kept going off. "

"Great amentities for a great price. Clean, friendly, and accommodating staff. Will be looking to stay here again in the future."
