"The bar and restaurant were good but pricey. We did not try breakfast but coffee was outstanding. Staff are really nice and helpful. The room was small but with great storage, coffee machine and kettle. The mattress is overdue tho. The hotel is spotless, nearby the West Brompton tube station on the District line so transportation was a breeze. Will returm for sure."

"First of all, they did not reply to my email regarding the airport shuttle. Second, while booking, the Expedia rates showed $67 CAD for a room and $ 90+ for a room with breakfast. I opted for the latter. But at check-in, we were told that for breakfast, we would have to pay 18 GBP for 2. I tried to send an email to Expedia, but could not find an option in the complaint list. So the first morning, we paid for breakfast, which was nothing but BASIC cereal and coffee. So those who are booking breakfast avoid it because you will find many cheaper options within 5 minutes from the hotel."

"The theirs bed (not requested) was awkwardly placed I kicked it nearly every time. The Beds and duvets were too short.. and too narrow… I needed two duvets to cover my body. I am 6’ not 7’! I did not like being charged a Service Charge after ordering food in the Green Bar This is not acceptable practice. No toilets in the Lobby atea is ridiculous. In my room the AC (which was noisy) stopped working cold after the second night"

"Hotel is brilliant for kids. Soft play, swimming pool, use of water sports, outside playground. Carpet in the room was pretty disgusting. Decor definitely needs updating but clean other than that. "
