"When looking for a hotel in this price point. You have to have the correct expectations. Otherwise you will never be happy. That being said I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a problem with our room. Things happen, nothing is perfect. But the customer service from the hotel staff was second to none. I have stayed in much more expensive hotels and received less personalized attention. They offered to move us as soon as another room was available. We were quickly moved into an upgraded room. Everyone we felt with was wonderful. "
