"We were very grateful they were able to accommodate us for the night when our other hotel canceled our booking last minute. Unfortunately, the room was much to be desired. It smelled like cat litter, was very out dated, no handrail in the shower, shower curtain was too small for shower, stains on the counters, and no TV. It seems as though this room was only used for last minute stays because it was not well maintained. The lobby was very nice and clean. The staff member was very pleasant at check-in."

"In the room, the air conditioner was loud and vibrated when it kicked on every time. In the parking lot, half the lights were out, which is a safety issue. And, the lights under the canopy at the entrance were all out. Regarding the staff, we were assured of a phone call from the manager after providing evidence of the issues. Nobody contacted us, which is an indication that they don’t really care. "

"Was happy they had a room, since my previous hotel had overbooked and Expedia put me in this one. Desk manager was very friendly. Breakfast was nice. All was much better than I would have had anyway. "

"We have stayed at this location multiple times, and honestly I was very disappointed during this stay. The rooms and bathrooms were dingy, dated and not as clean as I would like- dirty towels were left behind from previous guests, the phones appeared dirty and one didn’t even work when I attempted to call the front desk to report that a plastic bag of our clothing was missing. I think that it was mistaken for trash and taken by the housekeeper- I spoke to 2 different front desk staff- but was never contacted by the head of housekeeping as promised. Neither staff seemed concerned about my missing clothing despite me explaining that it contained a sentimental item of clothing - a man’s royal blue polo shirt with “Pitt” insignia- as we were in town to attend our daughter’s graduation. The breakfast was fair, but the coffee machine was complicated and we had to stand in line for several minutes to get coffee. There didn’t seem to be enough staff to handle the crowd. On the brighter side- the parking was ample and the beds were very comfortable. "

"We were in town for work and found the stay to suite our needs. We ended up only staying one night as we had I request to rework our schedule. We will be back in the area in a few weeks and will look to see if this space is available. Thanks. "
