It seems as though this room was only used for last minute stays because it was not well maintained. The lobby was very nice and clean. The staff member was very pleasant at check-in."

And, the lights under the canopy at the entrance were all out. Regarding the staff, we were assured of a phone call from the manager after providing evidence of the issues. Nobody contacted us, which is an indication that they don’t really care. "
