"Woke up to a huge palmetto bug on the wall next to my bed...AKA American cockroach. It was the size of a half dollar. Office made it out to be no big deal. Floor was not clean. After searching under beds and dressers looking for bugs so my kids would go to sleep, noted garbage under dressers and beds along with dirt and debris. There was hair in the shower all over. Would never stay here again!! Horrible experience!! Not clean like the pictures show. "

"Room had a very bad order. Ac was extremely loud Parking lot appeared to be used to sell drugs Pool area needs to be updated. Chairs were broken not very clean. Would not recommend this place to anybody "

"Delightful location for visiting beach and having lunch at next door Sunset Grill right on the beach. However unit is old, tired with many things broken. Roxanne at checkin was wonderful and helped get internet working and a few other items."

"The property was clean. The staff was lovely and helpful, pool was beautiful, a bit of a walk to shops abd restaurants on 5th ave and a short drive to old naples 3rd ave."

"This was my second time staying here in the last 6 months and I love it!!! The location is perfect and check in and out was simple. Obviously the pool is under construction but that’s not the reason to visit this beautiful place."

"This property did not have any humans working there, as far as I can tell. The check in process was confusing. We couldn’t find a parking spot near our unit. I had to park way past the building. It was dark and uncomfortable. In the morning there was one person who worked in the dining room. She was lovely. I wouldn’t stay there again "
