"Excellent hotel in all regards… a little far out from the DT area but that isn’t a bad thing… most taxis are anywhere from 100-150baht to go most places in town… close to some excellent outdoor markets for meals…. Nice pool… not on the beach but a short walk isn’t bad…"

The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around—and all of the staff were pleasant and welcoming. "We have rented many properties in Thailand in recent years and this stands out as the very best. There was a warm welcome feel to the property whilst it excelled in facilities and equipment. The garden was such a treat and clearly as well maintained as the house. The shower was a bit erratic but that was probably a local issue. The manager was efficient and kindly. I could not recommend it enough. "

"The hotel is small but located ideally right next to Monkey hill with a few restaurants a short walk away . Easy to use transport to get into the heart of Hua Hin but also to head towards Pak Nam Pran too . We loved the hotel and staff . The only downside is there are blocks of the apartments opposite over looking the Verso- apart from that it’s a great location "

"amazing place friendly staff, the bathtub is not jetted but a clawfoot tub ( i actually like that better) the decor is amazing and even if some decoration were broken needed fixing ...this is a wonderful place to stay. only issue at check in there was no one there waited over 30 minutes then called the contact number and the owner sent the cleaning lady to do the check in...same thing for checkout other than that the room by the pool is the best one and short walk to the beach probably the best hotel of all the ones i visited in thailand...take thai food breakfast much better tasting and healtier than english breakfast. Would go again for sure"
