「The only recommendations I would offer is to let travelers know in advance that check-in instructions will not be available until 1 hr prior to check/in. Also maybe a few more plates and silverware. Otherwise everything was great! Bathrooms well stocked and having coffee ready to brew was great! The garage door opener was so convenient! 「Clean, comfortable, and everything you need! We spent most of the time on our boat on Torch Lake, but this was a wonderful place to come back to at the end of each day. Short walk to the pool which the kids loved, and ground floor was super convenient. Would stay again! 」

「Very cute and comfortable condo. Walkable distance to everything, a very short drive up Old Mission Peninsula, and less than a hour to Frankfort. Parking was included which is HUGE! The only potential drawback is that it’s on the 3rd floor but this wasn’t an issue for us - we enjoyed being on the top floor. 「We had a great stay. The condo was a good size, clean, and well stocked with many of the essentials. The check-in and check-out process was easy as pie. We also loved the location. It’s about an 8-10 minute walk to The Village at Grand Traverse Commons and a 20-25 minute walk to downtown TC. Would definitely stay here again!」

「The condo was beautiful, completely updated with highend furnishings. It has 2 outdoor seating areas, we had coffee on the back patio, loved it. Very private as this unit is next to a wooded area. #10 tee box is adjacent, it wasn't noisy at all. This condo has everything you could need, very comfortable. Highly recommend!」

「Great location 」

「The property and unit are beautiful and right on the beach. The unit isn't very big but just the perfect size for a couple. Its also just far enough out of town to feel peaceful but close enough to easily be able to do things. We noticed a few things needed repair when we arrived (nothing urgent and not a big deal to us) like broken hooks for the blinds the owner was very responsive so I'm sure if it would have been an urgent matter their response would have been wonderful. 「We had a wonderful time in Traverse City. The L studio was a great find. Communication with the owners was top notch and very speedy. Loved how close it was to shops and food. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The studio was perfect for two. Has everything you need and more. Loved that we could park in a garage. We recommend going to Archie’s social house and Firefly for great food and service! Enjoyed every second of our stay.」
