New furniture has arrived with a twin sofa sleeper. Please disregard any reviews that mention broken furniture.

King bed in master
Full on bottom and twin on top bunks in 2nd bedroom
Twin size sofa sleeper
Cot or air mattress also available for child or small adult.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, a crockpot.
It has a fridge and two burner stove, microwave and dishwasher in the kitchen area and everything you need for a week or weekend of golfing or skiing.
The deck gives you a wonderful view of the Schuss golf course, and you can quickly check to see what is happening at Schuss! We just added a cute table and 4 chairs so you can relax on the deck and enjoy the view.
There is a beautiful wood burning fireplace in the living room. Have a warm fire after a day on the slopes. Complimentary wood available.

This is a great location for skiing or golf. The condo is just across from the slopes and Ivan's Mountain Side Grill where there is food and live entertainment on Winter weekends. (limited weekends)

The Village is very quiet during the Spring and summer months. Walk out the door to the Schuss slopes or the golf course at Schuss.

Schuss Village pool and Ivan's restaurant are just a short walk across the parking lot. (these are seasonal). The pool is open Summer and Winter and Ivans is open during ski season.

Shanty Creek Skiing and Winter activities: Schuss Mountain has long defined skiing in Michigan. So it’s no surprise Shanty Creek was rated 'Best Downhill Terrain in the Midwest' by OnTheSnow.com’s visitors. With 53 runs on its two mountains and featuring a terrain park.
We have some of the best golf courses in Michigan. We are on the Schuss course. Close by is The Chief, The Legend, Summitt, Hawkseye, The Farm.
Many of our guests use our condos as a home base for day trips. You are only 30-40 minutes from Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Traverse City. Shop, go to the casinos, fish, boat on beautiful Torch Lake, sail in the Bay, go to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Bellaire has wonderful restaurants, quaint shopping and you'll find a grocery store and some speciality food shops to stock up your condo and cook a great meal. Swim, boat, use the pools and hot tubs, sightsee. There is always something to do.

I will consider a one night stay if not a weekend.

Perfect family getaway

Great location to explore Torch Lake and Lake Bellaire. The access to the indoor and outdoor pools was great and perfect for the kids. The outdoor pool was beautiful. Condo was perfect size for our family of four.

Great place…unfortunately the pool was closed and we had to drive to another resort to use their pool but our key did not work to get in. I would stay again, it was cute and clean.

Second stay - perfect location!

Our second time in this condo. It's the perfect spot for our annual ski weekend at Schuss - the blue and pinks lifts are visible from the condo. Night skis for the kids and cocktails at Ivan's for Mom and dad after a long day of skiing.

Spring weekend

We had a great stay. The condo is comfortable with everything you could want / need. Check in was easy and the checkout checklist is very short - not the case for many rentals. We were not golfing, but this would be the perfect location for a golf weekend. We have been vacationing at Schuss & Shanty Creek for many years. This

Nice place!

We enjoyed the place and looks exactly like the pictures! Only 2 negatives we felt was how far away the 2nd indoor pool/outdoor pool was, listing says 1.5 miles but google says 4.2 not that thats super far but just took us a while to find. Also could definitely use some new furniture. Other than that this place was perfect for 2 kids and 2 adults and location is great for many different towns!

Great Ski location

The unit is smaller than I expected. But the location across the parking lot from Ivans and the ski hill was great. Bring your own beach towels for the pools. Also, there is no washer and dryer. Would stay again.

Ski Weekend

Great location for a ski weekend with the family. Kids took the bunk beds and had the pullout couch as overflow when they didn't want to share a bed. The condo setup was great for a long weekend, we could get right to the slopes or the pool from the condo without dealing with driving/parking. The kitchen was enough for us to make breakfast and lunches, could use a light under the microwave over the stove, but not a big deal. When we arrived on Saturday the parking lot was filled, but seemed to be skiers who cleared out eventually, and the schuss parking lot was just across the street. It snowed 2 feet in 4 days (!!!) and they did a good job of keeping the walkways clear to walk through. Overall, would stay there again.

Nice location, responsive property manager

Was a nice place. Better suited for up to 5 people. We had 6 and it was a little cramped. Would like to see the grill replaced. It was too rusted out for us to feel comfortable using. Property manager was very responsive when we reached out with questions. Was a good value for the money spent, and everything was clean. Plenty of towels available. We would stay there again.

First time in upper Michigan

First time up here. We spent a long weekend (4 days)get away for our 40th anniversary. The condo accommodated all our needs. The bed was super comfortable. Access to other facilities was nice. We were close to Bellaire, Alden and Torch lake, Kayaked, hiked, went to Mackinac island one day, exploded and shopped. Great time. Thanks for the hospitality of your condo. Fyi...both your clocks need new batteries 😉

Needs attention

The unit is nicely decorated and comfortable. However, there is no light over the stove. We had to cook by flashlight. All the doors to the deck are in need of repair. The couch is broken. Dishes were left in the dishwasher.

Location is great, golf, Proshop, chair lift for fall ride all walking distance. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Easy parking. No problem for us, but stairs, small fridge and no oven could be issue for some. Perfect for short stay in great area. We loved it.

The condo was a great home base for all our activities in the area. It's the off season so the resort was quiet and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Some minor issues came up but Connie was quick to address and provide solutions. The back patio was very peaceful with the view of the pond. Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. Would stay again!

Great location!

Great property to stay for skiing! Property was comfortable and as described in the listing. Perfect for a family of four. Was missing a long lighter for the fireplace, and could have used more toilet paper for a family of four staying three nights, but overall a great place to stay and would book again.

Perfect for skiing

This property is a perfect base camp for lots of skiing and lots of skiing breaks. Clean, efficient and easily walkable from the pink lift. Also very quick walk across the street to the pool. Will visit again!

Good place for an Autumn Getaway

The condo had all the things needed for a short weekend getaway. It was clean and had what we needed. It is a little dated and could use a remodel, but that didn't detract from enjoying our weekend.
