Summary:

Fourth floor penthouse with two suites to enjoy your private bedrooms/bathrooms. Sweeping water views of West Bay. Close to everything with a quick walk to restaurants, shopping, and beaches.



The Space:

Two King beds and a pull out couch for sleeping. Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Fully stocked kitchen.



The Neighborhood:

This condo is located directly across the street from Michigan's oldest, continuously operated restaurant, and one of Travers City's favorites, Sleder's Family Tavern. Right next door is The Dairy Lodge, operating since 1958 and is a must during the summertime heat.

We really liked the layout. Especially liked the bedrooms & baths. The building was very quiet. I had sent a message asking if specific items were provided. Unfortunately that was not answered completely and so we brought items that we didn’t need. No dishcloth or sponge provided in kitchen and only 1 kitchen towel - that’s just not good.

Location was great with views of the west bay from several windows and balcony. Home was overall cleaned but not sure it was prepared for a winter stay. There should be a door mat to avoid tracking snow and salt indoors, extra towels or a shoe tray in the entry closet where shoes are left. We were concerned about damaging the floors so used lots and lots of paper towels to keep it all dry. Neither the bathrooms or the kitchen sink had soap in the dispensers which we found odd. Host was a good communicator and the stay was a real deal for the winter. We did enjoy it. Thank you so much.

The host was great. The condo was beautiful, but a couple of things were not great. The windows are not very noise-proof; we could hear the traffic, and the garbage truck came through about 4 am on Monday morning, and woke us all up. The one bathroom with only a shower was very dangerous. The shower floor was so slippery, and the shower pan had a sunken drain. The location of it was right where you step. I didn't realize it was that way, and almost fell.

Perfect Downtown Stay in Traverse City

We had an amazing experience at this two-suite penthouse in downtown Traverse City! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Front Street, great restaurants, shops, and the waterfront.The unit itself is spacious, modern, and spotless. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and enough room for six guests, it was perfect for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a washer/dryer was a huge plus. The air conditioning kept us comfortable, and we loved the outdoor space for relaxing in the evenings.Parking was convenient, which made exploring the area so easy. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze.Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Traverse City—whether for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Girls weekend

We had a great weekend at this location! Close to downtown, with a view of the water, it was perfect for our weekend away. The place was very clean with extra bedding for the sofa bed if we needed it, check in/out very easy.

Great location, okay ammenities

We enjoyed the location and the views. The dishes and glassware were all nice. Just a few things that we noticed — towels were only in one room (not the bathroom), there were three TVs in the rental but only one of them had a remote, and the master bedroom bed had a serious sag in the middle. (My husband looked under the bed and it looks like the legs were pushed up?) we had to wash the bedding as we left and when I pulled the pillow case off, one of the pillows was well-used.

Lovely Time in Traverse City with Family

My husband and I took my mom up to Traverse City for a few days relaxation. The apartment was super clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed and it had air conditioning! We couldn’t have asked for a better location; it was close to downtown & it had a great view of the West Bay. I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again.

Very nice rental

This was a good place to stay. Location was good and property pretty new . It was stocked with the essentials which we appreciated. The only negative is that you can hear the nearby street noise and the there is only parking allocated for one car. We were able to find parking but not in the lot near the building. Nice view of the lake from too !

Great location

Our group enjoyed our stay at Penthouse 413. It was a great location being across from a restaurant and party store. It was also a great distance for ubering in downtown TC. We had a nice view of the bay from our room. The rental was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again for the atmosphere and convenience. Thank you for hosting us!

Nice but Noisy

Nice place, clean and the perfect size for our three person group. We stayed in the winter, so it wasn't very busy. But there was still a lot of traffic noise in the bedrooms. It would be good in the summer to be able to walk to the beach and downtown. Host was very nice and worked hard to make it easy for us. The restaurant across the street was GREAT!
