「I called and used your app to communicate about my booking. The management company you had on file said they no longer manage. I had to make other arrangements to stay for the 3 days. They did reach out the day I was supposed to check in at 11 PM, mind you, saying they would honor my reservation. Hell, I had to book a stay somewhere else. Said they would look into getting me a refund! NOPE...no communication.」

「I really liked the cabin's location in the woods and how it was set up. It was actually pretty roomy for being just over 1000 sq ft. The view was awesome, and it was super close to a river where you could fish or just chill and listen to the water. It was such a peaceful spot.
The only downside was the shower knob. Getting the hot water to work was a bit of a gamble. If you turned it too far left, it'd go from hot to cold like it was broken, but we figured it out and managed to get warm to hot...

「This was our second visit Nicely appointed 1 bedroom with laundry in the apartment, as well as a kitchen. Walking distance to downtown Traverse City. We enjoy staying here much more than a hotel. Hosts were helpful at our earlier visit, we didn't need anything this time, but responded quickly when I informed them we were checked out! We will likely be back next year.」
