"Honestly, The Best Western Plus (Amsterdam Airport Hotel) was a terrible hotel for the following reasons: 1). I am a 73 old guest who stayed at Best Western Plus (Amsterdam Hotel) for one week. And unfortunately the hotel doesn’t provide a bellman staff to who can assist guests with their luggage. As a result, it was extremely difficult to carry two heavy luggage to my room and to shuttle bus on check-out. When ask the staff to help you, they refuse and give you a funny look. That needs to be corrected for future guest. As far as I am concern. I will never use that hotel in the future. 2) The food was terrible (breakfast and dinner). There isn’t a near by resturant and Sometime goes to bed in empty stomach or without eating. 3. Poor house keeping. Most of the time the bed was not being made properly with the exception of one time only on May 8, 2026. The house keeper on May 8 (black tall women) did a good job."

"we had an executive suite that was comfortable (use to be a premium suite during her cruising years), but the position of the tv made it a bit of a challenge on passing the king size bed without knocking without knocking your shoulders. having the option to open the windows was a bonus as we looked over the bow. our stay included a look into the many lounges and the engine room below, but the ship must NOT lock all doors as it was just about impossible to get back inside and is considered a hazard if the ship had an emergency to abandoned ship and people would be stuck on the decls above the promenade. the included breakfast was ok, most everything was tasteless or was chewy like eating cardboard (small pancakes)...pastries and fruit was nice. "

"The hotel was lovely - the room and common areas were all clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always did the utmost to make our stay the best it could be. The complimentary breakfast offered much more variety than we expected, and was excellent! Our only issue was that the air conditioning was temporarily out of commission during our stay as the units had issues changing from winter mode to summer mode. Although this was completely out of the control of the staff, they were still very apologetic and offered us free drinks and even brought us a fan to help cool off our room. The stay was lovely, and we would be happy to stay here again, should we ever return to Amsterdam!"

"I had a lovely single room that looked out into a rooftop. Unfortunately the entire hotel had access to the rooftop. I was surprised to be lying in bed and suddenly having strangers walk by my room and looking in. There was also a slightly chemical smell in my room which disappeared slightly during my stay. The breakfast was great."

"Our stay was short because we left at 3 am. But I had a most delicious salad for dinner"
