The room was lovely and very clean with good amenities. I loved the unique character of the hotel! It's close to popular sites like Mauritshuis. We only stayed one night, but would definitely love to stay at The Ald again!

The rooms have a low light feel. It’s really dull. The heating system doesn’t work so well and the toilet remains pretty cold. The pillows are mega uncomfortable. Had terrible sleep. They don’t honour the room they assign to you.

Our bathroom’s light was off. Talked to the lady in charge on Friday’s evening. She promised to fix it first thing in the morning and since the hotel was fully booked, she promised to offer us something to offset this inconvenience. Nothing was done, this is sad news. Room is also noisy, we could hear the neighbours showering. Bad experience

Es ist ein sehr schönes und gut durchdachtes Hotel! Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Leider hapert es an der Sauberkeit in den Zimmern. Wir waren 5 Nächte dort und unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Der Staub war überall! Es wurden nur Handtücher gewechselt und das Badezimmer Oberfläche sauber gemacht! Es wurden keine Betten gemacht und auch nicht einmal staubgesaugt!
