「This was exactly the space we needed after a small apartment in Athens. House is a nice size for 2 adults and 3 kids. Girls loved the yard and the kid toys provided. The pool was too cold to swim in much in May, but was nice to have. The location is great, it feels so private and remote, but is a short drive to some great beaches. 「We had a fantastic week. If you're after privacy and away from the busy tourist areas, then villa Jokasta will deliver. The villa lived up to to it's description and did not disappoint. A hire/rental car is essential, and the roads to villa are an adventure. But, once at the villa the drive is soon forgotten.A small maintenance issue with 1 of the toilets. But as there are 3 bathrooms in the villa it really wasn't an inconvenience. An email to the owner to report the problem received a reply...

「The villa is wonderful, exactly as listed and the host Michael is a pleasure to deal with. The whole communication process from start to finish with him was so straightforward and he will go out of his way to help you in any way he can. Arriving to a traditional home cooked dish that was actually still warm was a lovely touch and was appreciated by us all. The views from the villa are great, mountains one side and the sea the other.
