"The resort is family friendly and has some welcoming gathering places for guests. The couches by the fireplace are a cozy spot and there is a big table at the other end of the long hall for playing games which was well utilized. We stayed in the west wing which is looking a little tired with carpet stains and the carpets were not very clean. Mattresses in our room are due for an upgrade. Ironing board was broken as was the drying wire for bathing suits. There was debris from trees in some of the pools. Good service from front desk to pub and breakfast buffet."
