"Extremely filty room, rust and brown water came out of the shower every time it was first turned on, carpet sticky and smelly, half of the lights and the electrical outlets were not working or missing bulbs, air conditioner extremely noisy and did not cool room, all surfaces grimy and dirty. Missing TV remote and refrigerator was not working. Spiders appeared in the bathroom during the night.
