"Had a wonderful stay here in Miami "

"Massive property, severely understaffed and inefficient. Expect 45 min+ wait times for your car if parking ($80+ parking cost), long lines to check in and check out due to limited staff at front desk, debris on the floor in hallways that staff doesn’t bother picking up and absolutly ZERO personal touch. As a frequent traveler to Miami I will not be returning to this property."

"The hotel is feels really nice, and modern. I like the design of it. There’s a cool automated system for checking in, but also helpful staff members that are still there. Comfy beds and pillows. Nice TV had Google connect. The rooms are very clean. The first one we checked into had a weird smell that also didn’t dissipate after we had been there for a couple of hours, but the woman at the front desk was very understanding and gave us a new room that smelled perfectly fine. The lobby smells really good btw so that was weird, but turned out great thanks to them being very accommodating to my sensitive nose. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The hot breakfast was good, with scrambled eggs, sausage, good bacon, hot oatmeal, and yogurt parfait bar, as well as waffle iron. +Good orange juice."
