「The safety box was broken and could not be used, and we were not allowed to change rooms. We gave up and left our passports at the front desk, but the handover was insufficient, and the return at check-out did not go smoothly, which delayed our trip to the airport.」

「Overall good my fridge was not on though caused my food to spoil and they noted they would call to rectify and there was no follow up. I was excited about the left overs too. So it was a bummer!」

「I loved the pool area and the fact that I got the room that includes parking and breakfast. Very convenient. The only thing is that on standard king the AC unit was in the bedroom so it made a loud sound every time it would turn on. So I would try another size room because I really liked the hotel」

「I enjoyed my stay at Spark, but what truly made it special was the exceptional service provided by Radio. He was a true gentleman, kind, respectful, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to assist me, without expecting anything in return. His kindness and willingness to help made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Radio is a wonderful asset to your team and deserves recognition for his outstanding service. Thank you, Radio, for making my stay such a memorable one!」
