"We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Viking Hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful. The hotel was spotless, our room was comfortable and cleaned to a high standard every day, and the facilities were excellent. The pool area was well maintained and never felt overcrowded, and the private beach was a wonderful addition that made our holiday even more enjoyable. The food offered plenty of choice, and there was always something for everyone. What really stood out was the atmosphere. The entire hotel felt relaxed, welcoming and genuinely focused on making guests feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would not hesitate to return in the future. Thank you to all the staff for helping make our holiday so memorable."

"We’ve been spending our summers at Rixos Premium Tekirova for 6 years now, and it honestly feels like our second home. The staff here are amazing: always smiling, genuinely welcoming, and ready to help with anything. The food is fantastic, everything is kept spotless, and the sea in Tekirova is just out of this world. They even surprised us with a lovely gift in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel so special and cared for. What really sets this place apart is that warm, family atmosphere. Saying goodbye was actually quite emotional for all of us this time. We’re already counting down the days until next year! A huge, heartfelt thank you to the whole team for making every single stay unforgettable."

"Although this hotel had a few negatives there were far more positives No safe in room, if requires a refurb and the shower enclosure was a bit small However, the bed and pillows were all good! Breakfast food choices are good. Staff are great and Singeds were readily available The location is great for beach goers and fresh towels are always available at reception"

"Brand new, super clean, excellent staff. Nice restaurant adjoining the hotel. Breakfast wasn't great - I'd suggest trying the local bakeries, and the rooms lacked decent mirrors (they are smoked glass) and a good hairdryer. Nice pool area, small but clean, gets the sun and has a nice atmosphere. Hotel is in a great location, surrounded by great restaurants and a short walk to the beach and promenade. Spa is small - had a massage which was excellent."
