Very good hotel!

Very good breakfast! A lot of choice, tea, water, fruits, eggs, cheese, olives.. the only thing maybe is the level of noise, the noise of insects and sometimes passing cars can be heard during the night (although it might be a general problem of the whole area). Cleaning is good, it is done only when it is demanded (you have to click on the button, we didn’t know about that in the beginning). We recommend the hotel! Also we ate there at the restaurant during the lunch or dinner, the food was also good and affordable. To the public beach it is approximately 5-7 minutes walking, many big shops also at the walking distance

Excellent Hotel.

When we arrıved we were greated nıcely. We were ınformed of breakfast/restaurant tımes. Our room was of a good sıze and Very quıet. The Hotel was very well located for goıng to the beach and the shops. The staff were very pleasant and helpfull. The breakfast was good and the restaurant menu was good . Very good food qualıty and at a very good prıce. I would certaınly use thıs hotel agaın.

Perfect hotel for it’s price

Such a beautiful, clean and an amazing hotel. Rooms are clean, quiet and beautiful. Staff is welcoming and nice. If you are looking to stay in Kemer, this is the place to book. Close to the beach, stores, everything you need within few steps. Had such a lovely time here.

We payed ~90€ for the room and got a room in the basement level. Unfortunately the basement floor was smelling and did not feel “luxury” at all. The room itself was not smelling but small. It had a big balcony but because it was in -1 floor, you only have a view to a wall. The room was clean, same as bedsheets and towels. The bathroom was not nice. İt was very small, the sink was old and had black spots on the corners and looked dirty. Same as the wc brush.. was yellowish.. all in all, a bit disappointed as price-quality ratio is not matching.

Great location. Room was comfortable with the best bed of our 5 week trip in Türkiye. Great amenities with a superb restaurant on site. Would definitely return as my wife and I both felt Kemer is underrated as a holiday destination and worth a visit. Wonderful town. Great staff at the hotel both reception and housekeeping were awesome.

The place was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good with a nice coffee bar. The pool was nice and clean but a little cold. The location is nice and walkable to many cafes, restaurants, shops and the seaside. There is plenty of parking around the place as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Rooms and property very clean. Lots of hot water and great shower pressure. Breakfast excellent. Great location. Easy to park on the road outside. The only downside was the person who greeted us on arrival did not look up from their 'phone during check in, nor offer us the wifi code. All of that said, we would stay again.

Absolutely amazing!

This hotel is beautiful and very clean. The room was spotless, cleaned daily, excellent comfortable beds and a power shower. There is free Netflix and WiFi in the room. The breakfast was very impressive. Fresh fruits, omelettes cooked to order, variety of cheeses and many other fresh products. The dinner was in domes which offered candle lit dinner, heating and comfortable sofas. The prices for the food was great also. About £7 per person for a meal. The staff are very friendly helpful and speak several languages. I honestly thought I was in a 5 star hotel. Well done MİYAS Luxury hotel we will be back soon.

We stayed for 7 nights at Miyas Luxury Hotel in Kemer. The hotel is close to the city center and to the beach. About a 5 minutes walk to the closest beach and a 10 minutes walk to the town center. The staff was very accomodating, room was very clean, including toilet and room service was good. Overall the hotel is really clean. The amenities in the room are new and air condition almost silent. Breakfast with fresh vegetables and fruit every morning, fried eggs on request and fresh pastries every morning. Nice and clean pool available for 12 hours every day with a shower very close to the pool with sun loungers around it. Even though the room balcony was kind of small, there is a terrace next to the hotel available from 8 to 12 PM every day which you can use. Overall, Miyas Luxury is a really nice hotel and we had a great time there.

Barking Dogs all night

😔 Sadly our review is totally influenced by getting no sleep ,due to the hotels 2 dogs barking incessantly all night & a noisy neigbour.it appears there is no sound proofing between rooms,so alk noise carries. We were forced to have a room change at 03.30am...No further comments necessary .Advised lovely gentleman of our horrendous experience on leaving to which we received no reponse?

Amazing stay and hotel was super clean!

This was my second stay at this hotel. I went back as I was very impressed and happy the first time around. It was the same this time. This is the cleanest hotel in Kemer. The staff are well presented, helpful and friendly. The manager speaks fluent English which is great. The restaurant dinner gets served in these domes which are cozy and add ambiance. The waiter is the same guy as before and super professional and great at his job. He pays attention to every detail. The free breakfast was fresh and of very good quality. Eggs were served to order and there was lots of variety. I attach some pictures. The room was a descent size with a balcony. The bathroom average size but had a rainfall shower. The toiletries were also of good quality. They offered shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and body lotion. The bed linen was spotless and crisp and the bed super comfortable. I had room 409 which is on the 2nd floor (they only have ground, first and second). If there was one criticism it would have to be that their rooms are not noise insulated and you can hear everything from all sides which was such a shame as I struggled to sleep. I did discuss this with the manager and they are thinking to invest in some insulation. That would make the hotel perfect. I will definitely return.
