Great place to stay

We chose this hotel to stay in Kemer. I must say that we were quite satisfied. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfasts. The location of the hotel is fine, 5 minutes walk from the beaches and shops. Staff is very friendly, all our requests were met. This hotel will definitely be my first choice on my next visit to Kemer. Thank you for everything.

Terrible for such a high rated hotel.

Host was not very friendly. Started make a big fuss about small stain on towels and wanted 15€ for that. We said a towel doesn’t. Even cost that much. Since then, his behaviour completely changed. The room has some plumbing issue, it puts out all the sewerage gas back to your room. Smells terrible. He also doesn’t give 2 cards for 2 guests, was very inconvenient for us.

Yeni eşyalar, rahat ve temiz yaşam alanı

Harika konum, yeni eşyalar, konforlu yaşam alanı. Ücretsiz park alani. Konaklamamız sırasında evimizde gibi rahat hissettik. Çalışanlar ve temizlik konusunda da sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kemer halk plajına da oldukça yakın bir mesafede. Tek kusuru alt katta olduğumuzdan tuvalet ara ara koku yapiyordu. Onu da ilk gün çözmeye çalıştılar.

Temizlik mükemmel

Eşimle birlikte sadece bir gece kaldık. O yüzden ekonomik odayı tercih ettik. Oda alt katta olduğu için küçük bir penceresi vardı, manzarası yoktu. Ancak temizlik mükemmeldi. Kahvaltı ikramı çok iyiydi. Personel çok nazik ve ilgiliydi. Hepsine teşekkür ediyoruz.

Tek kelime ile berbat bir deneyimdi!

Otel değil apart diyelim, hotels.com üzerinden indirimli alınca bodrum kattaki en kötü daireyi verdiler. Televizyon ve klima var, çekyat var, mutfağı var vs. Odamda cam yoktu, telefon yoktu ve cep telefonu bazen çekmiyordu. Banyodaki duşakabinde sabunluk kırılmıştı lavabo hemen taşıyordu ve suyun boşalması saatler alıyordu. Alttaki hortuma felan vurmanız lazım. Seçtiğim oda türüne kahvaltı da dahil değilmiş. Oda servisi odaları günlük temizlemiyor. Saçma sapan biryer, İyi olan tek yönü konumu.

Otel halk plajina 3 dk ozel plajlara 6-7 dk yurume mesafesinde. Oda cok temiz esyalar yeniydi ancak banyo ve oda cok kucuktu. Çalisanlar guler yuzlu ve her konuda yardimseverdi.
