It was the best stay , the beach in front of the hotel, everything was included, food, drinks , towels, shows almost every night, staff very nice and kind, the only think I should comment is that they don't have enough chairs on the beach and you have to be there early in the morning to rezerve a place but besides that everything is perfect.

Staff were super helpful always and were very generous! hotel let us remain on site after checkout as our flight was quite late, they allowed us to keep using the facilities also which was an added bonus we weren’t expecting! Pool was super nice and relaxing, and could always get a lounge. Sadly the beach lounges were always taken even as early as 9am, meaning that it was nearly impossible to get one at the beach. We personally liked the feel around the pool better anyways so we weren’t too annoyed about this though.

What made this hotel excellent was the staff- they were always so polite and helpful. There was a slight hiccup with the booking which the guest relations sorted out very quickly. The buffet was delightful, offering so many different choices. The Lobby bar cocktails were amazing, not watered down like you can get in other hotels. The entertainment staff were very friendly and interacted nicely with us. Overall a very enjoyable stay

As a guest who has stayed at this hotel at different times, I can say that the food and beverage service during the holiday period was by far the best. The helpfulness of the staff truly adds value to the hotel. Despite being the winter season, the mini club activities for children were very successful. Looking forward to seeing you again!

This is the second time I have stayed at the Megasaray with my wife and son. The sea view room is pleasant and the amenities are very good. Staff are professional and courteous and the location cannot be faulted with the beach itself just a few minutes across the road. The food options are varied and enjoyable and the entertainment team are passionate and energetic in trying to get guests involved. I'm sure I will revisit Antalya and were this to be the case, I would come back to this hotel.
