What distinguishes this hotel is the combination of location, space, and amenities. First, the location provides access to all means of transport being next to the main Tokyo train station. My old office is across the street from the station complex, so I did not hesitate knowing that we would be within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, shopping, and groceries...

Cosy, modern, real nice people at reception, clean and a wonderful location!

Wonderful room, clean and elegant. Staff were extremely helpful and eager to please. Location in Ginza district just a 10 minute walk to Tokyo station. We stayed 4 nights and highly recommend it.

Highly recommend Cross Suites hotel. The check in process was easy and the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The common area on the first floor had games, vending machines, a cappuccino machine and water with lots of area to hang out. The guest room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. And the locations was right around the corner from Senso-Ji and lots of great restaurants.

Steps away from the heart of Akihabara, immediately greeted by the friendliest staff and nerdy, but cute and endearing decor. The hotel has some space for holding luggage, but ask ahead so they can prepare! If you want to pretend like you actually live in Japan, this is the perfect place for you! Apartment style accommodations, and enough room for suitcases in your room. Plenty of space if you don’t have a third on the couch! Bathroom and shower / laundry is in the unit, separated by rooms....

The room was great, and the proximity to JR lines worked well or us--a bit of a walk to Tokyo Station, but no further than if you get turned around in Tokyo station itself ;)

Had a great 5 day stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and the design and functionality was very well thought. There was enough space to leave our luggage open unlike other hotels we’ve been to, which has bigger sq footage but didn’t really have alot of space to open luggages. The tatami dining area was also cute and the kitchen has everything we need. The washer and dryer inside the room worked great. The staff was also nice and helpful. Would definitely come back!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They speak English so don't worry. What I found amazing was that in order to operate the elevator you need your room key card. So that shows some added security for their guests. There was a small workout room and a laundry room for you to use which is extremely convenient. They also serve breakfast for a fee. The room was very cozy. It included a small kitchen area with a sink, microwave, toaster, water kettle, stove top, mini fridge, plates,...

Small hotel but the room we got was spacious enough for our family of four with big luggages. Clean, great location, quiet, helpful staff. Sitting area and spacious shower/separate toilet, with free toiletries. Would stay here again.

It is a very nice clean and comfortable place to stay.

This hotel is new, clean, well maintained, and on a quiet street. Staff were friendly and helpful. Neighborhood is about about 10 minutes walk to the area of Ginza with shops and restaurants. The street is quiet and residential. A little more than 10 minutes walk is the Tsujiki Market. And there are multiple subway lines, also about 10 minutes walk in most directions.

Great room, comfortable, plenty of space for a family of 3.

Thank you to the man in the front desk, not sure if Sakamoto is his name but he assisted us every time we needed help with our luggages and patient with all our questions. Walking distance to stations,TCAT and convenience stores.

This was in the perfect location for Disneyland. Using the train to get here was challenging. But discovered the Airport Limousine Bus for $1100 yen pp ( which is less than $8) will drop you off 5 mins away. You want the Kasai Station. The Disneyland shuttle bus #7 is near that same station will take you to straight to the park.
