"The building exudes a sense of history, yet the interior is well-maintained, and the rooms were clean and perfectly fine. The city-view room offered a panoramic view of Almaty, which was excellent. The bathroom was clean, the shower had hot water, and there were no issues whatsoever. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. Since my stay was very short this time, I wish I could have enjoyed the hotel a little more. If I ever go back, I would definitely stay here again."
