「This property is in a two floor house. This property is at the second floor with a loft. So if there is another visitor down stairs, you need to be carefull about the noise. Generally, the room is clean and equipped with all necessary tools. ACs are old and I didnt want to activate it because it was with a full of dust. There are three pools in this area. Those are shared by visitors and residents. The nearest pool is for users who can use quietely. Those who want to be loud need to use another...

「Really nice location on the North Shore - essentially on the Ritz Carlton resort property. We swam on the beach at the Ritz and ate at a couple of their restaurants. Highly recommend Beach House by Roy for a splurge dinner. We drove around to see other beaches. House only has AC in the bedroom, but it is powerful (and loud). Snorkels, beach umbrella and chairs there that we used on the beaches too. Weird smell in the bathroom but otherwise a great stay.」

One night the loft was pretty hot and the kids slept on the pullout couch but after the first night the temperature was manageable. 」

「We absolutely loved this unit. It was stocked with beach/pool towels, linens, clothes hangers, shampoo, body wash, etc. - everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. The railing in the loft has about 10 inches between slates, so that might be an issue for those with young children. The pool is just a short walk from the unit. We walked to the Turtle Bay resort each morning to get specialty coffees. The grounds were beautiful. The only surprise was that there are two windows...

「Needs some TLC. Bathroom doors need to be jiggled to close properly, could create some uncomfortable situations. Tile repair in upper bathroom needs attention. Overall great place and great location for our group.」
