"remm Hotels are always comfortable. But their checkin system is lacking in common sense. Needs a staff member to walk you through the checkin process. How silly is that? So now I'm doing their job for them while they point to what I have to do on the screen. Just go back to the old way of you doing your job and I'll be the customer. Of fix your technology so a child can use it."

"The hotel is new and clean with a convenient location. I enjoyed my stay and will come back again. However they didnt clean my room and only gave me new towels. I was wondering how to dispose the trash as I was concerned about the smell during summer."

"The staffs were very nice and the hotel was clean and very comfortable. Seven minutes from the shin osaka station by walk. they have a lot of combinis, super market, Starbucks… ect around the hotel."

"Room is small which fine for solo travel. You store your bags underneath the bed as long as your bags have normal thickness not trunk like thickness. The room and bathroom/toilet is clean. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast were OK. The location is perfect, about 5-7 minutes walk, depending how fast you walk, from East exit (5 & 6) Shin Osaka station station. Plenty of restaurants in Shin Osaka station East exitbor outside by the hotel"
