"Wonderful stay! The room was huge and our view was right to the river it was like a fairytale. The breakfast was also super delicious and lots of food. They come in and set the tatami beds for you and break them down as well. Staff were incredible and their onsen were so relaxing. You get a pass for the 7 big town onsen as well as free entry to both of the hotel’s private ones. We would definitely come back again!"

"Staff were incredibly attentive and nice. Even with the language barrier they went above and beyond using Google Translate to explain the courses of our dinners and breakfasts, as well as information about the town. The hotel was slightly out of town (15mins walk) but they have a shuttle that was basically on demand. We wanted to go into town for the night and they dropped and picked us up at our desired time.
