Exceptional Hotel, Amazing Staff, and Perfect for Families! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Premium hotel MONday MAIHAMA View II during our family vacation in Tokyo! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The hotel was exceptionally clean, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel truly comfortable throughout our stay. We traveled with our toddler and...

The staff was amazing at check in and question of finding places locally. A definite place to stay!!

Nice and clean facilities, good for explorers that will spend most of the day outside and come back for a good shower and rest. Breakfast options are limited but you can also cook. There are stores in the area, one just crossing the street with many options. Location is great for the metro station.

Rooms have lots of space, breakfast has variety and onsen is great after a long day of exploring the city

They were very helpful and friendly. We felt spoiled with everything they provided. All the staff were very attentive. We would recommend it to anyone!

The breakfast was excellent with so many options to choose from.

I stayed here for 8 nights and loved this hotel so much. The service was so amazing, all of the front desk workers were so helpful and accommodating. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the nearest station which was so convenient. It was also located next to a 7-11, Lawson, and Sunkus!!! I made daily trips there for inexpensive and tasty food/drinks. Overall, a great experience! The room was also so clean and felt so cozy. I didn't expect the hotel to be as great as it was, especially for the...

Stay was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Water was hot. Room temperature was perfect. Perfect stay!

Great hotel and very convenient to go to the many attractions in the Koto bay

I really liked the shuttle service. Having been in the busiest parts of Tokyo, I looked forward to the quiet and natural surroundings of this property. If I want a mall, supermarket or train station, the free shuttle provides the transportation. A fabulous hotel if you're planning days at Disney Sea and /or Disneyland. Very convenient.

The management understands the capsule-hotel experience and has designed the experience accordingly. All the features in the individual and shared/common spaces work as advertised, and when one of them (the coffee machine) broke, I could see they immediately had someone working to fix it.

The hotel is super clean and the stuff is very professional and helpful. It's located close to Disney parks and has frequent shuttle bus to the parks for hotel customers to use for free. Strongly recommended for those visiting Disney Japan!

The hotel was great all around. The transportation to Disney Parks was the deal breaker. So convenient! The shower/body products provided were wonderful. Perfect stay.

The property, value, and staff were excellent. We were also able to eat at a few restaurants in the area. It was a little difficult because the staff in the restaurants did not speak any English but the food was worth the stress. The only thing that I did not like about the hotel was the distance to the train station. It was a 10 minute walk but after doing 20k steps in the day the last thing I wanted to do was walk for 10 minutes back to the hotel. We ended up getting Ubers more often than we...

great location

It is a beautiful hotel right next to the rail and bus system which was a huge plus for us! A mall and plenty of restaurants all within a short walking distance…free shuttle to and from Disney made traveling hassle free

The hotel itself is very old, needs some refurbishment, but they still keep it very clean. I like our beds were being made every day, we felt very comfortable and relaxed when we returned to our room to see the clean beds after long walks.

Staff was very helpful and courteous even though my Japanese is not so good. I got the breakfast added to my stay and the Chef was also so genuinely kind, I was humbled. The location was also top notch! It wasn't on the busier streets but was still right next to the bus and train station.

Overall very impressed by the hotel. The staff were very helpful and spoke decent English. The hotel is right on top of a station that has a direct line to Narita Airport so there are no transfers needed. There is a nearby supermarket where you can get all the drinks and snacks you need and the Tokyo Skytree Solamachi is also right there with plenty of dining options. The Kura Sushi located in the hotel is also very convenient. A couple of downsides: the room was smaller than I expected for a...
