"This was a pleasant surprise. I usually stay at name brand American hotels but this was conveniently located near Tokyo Station. I was so impressed. They had a large offering of toiletries like cooling leg patches, mouthwash, bath salts and shower steamers, as well as hair oil, available for free at check in. I was located on the 9th floor, which had laundry facilities and you could use you Suica card to pay. This was so convenient given I wasn't carrying any foreign cash. The washing machine was pre-loaded with laundry detergent. The staff was very helpful when I couldn't figure out how to use the payment system in the laundry room and also helpful with getting my room the perfect temperature. There was a mini fridge in the room and a 7-11 on the first floor. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I wish I had found this hotel earlier in my trip. Highly recommend!!!"
