"Can never go wrong staying in this Hotel. Staff are very friendly, helpful and accomodating. After a long day exploring Japan. We always come back to room that is always clean. I definitely recommend this to friends and relatives.😊"

"Breakfast menu was delicious, everything was made fresh and kitchen staff checked on the food often. Room was clean, a touch small, but thats common for the area. The public bath was also incredibly clean. Hotel typically had an english speaker on staff, but even thise who disnt speak English were still kind, helpful, and patient. The shuttle service also made this a convienent place to stay."

"Booked this room for my daughter as she had a flight the following morning. She only spent 6h there but said that it was really lovely and the bath was amazing and she wished she could have stayed a couple of days. Check in was via kiosk and she said it was straightforward. No shuttle was required as she was leaving from Terminal 3 and could just walk through from the hotel. "

"Waitress at Japanese restaurant spoke no English and was slow to serve drinks, refill, etc Food was expensive and only average compared to other much cheaper restaurants within building complex."

"Really convenient location to the airport plus there's the free shuttle. Super impressed with the shuttle driver. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant on site had a nice menu. The creme bruleé was the best I've experienced. "

"Comfy beds, and easy walk to Shinjuku Station to access all trains. Great bathroom setup. Easy luggage storage option. Pro-tip: have a Japanese craft gin in the lobby while doing a load of laundry mid trip! Difficult to find coming from station on arrival, but the neighborhood is super easy to navigate after you’re settled. It would likely be our home base on a future trip."
