"The front desk staff allow me to check-in on 3.45 pm while I already inform them that I will check in at 1 pm if it's possible. Need to wait for quite sometimes for them to prepare the room. Despite the staff allow me to check in quite late (almost 4pm), the staff keep on highlighting that we must check out at 12 pm. I quite disappointed with this. I found a bed bug during my stay there. "I stayed for 1 night at M Boutique. I found it to be very modern and had all the conveniences and luxuries that I needed for 1 night. The room is small but it had everything from a mini fridge, hot water kettle, filtered water, slippers, bath products. I liked that there was a gym and I even squeezed in a quick workout. The hotel receptionist is so nice and welcoming. This hotel is located not in the old Ipoh centre but a very convenient 5 min Grab to the heart of downtown. I highly recommend this hotel. "
