"Very high quality hotel directly opposite Kanazawa Station. Beautiful lobby and room. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Porter service was convenient and helped us to bring our luggages to our room. Toyota car rental in located in the same building. Will definitely choose this hotel again during my next visit to Kanazawa. "

"Hotel is in a great location of Kanazawa, close to all the shopping and food options. Was a very walkable distance to the castle ruins and other site seeing locations. Room had a great view with the sunset over the city and had plenty of room for 2 people. Would stay again"

"This is a near perfect hotel to stay in while visiting Kanazawa as a tourist. The hotel - situated in the heart of the high end shopping district - is a short walk to the main fish market, the samurai district or a beautiful park entrance to Kanazawa Castle park. You can walk to the main historic district as well, but that is a 15-20 minute walk so the viability of that walk is up to you. There is a 24 hour convenience store across the street for last minute snacks. The hotel is very clean and modern, making it perfect for business travelers or couples, but there were also families here as well. The service is exactly what you’d expect from a Japanese business; everyone is friendly and helpful. They also spoke more than enough English if you need that. "

"Staff was not friendly during our check out but very nice during our check in (different staff). Size of Family room is quite average for 3Adults, 1 young adult and 1child, we couldn't open wide for our baggage, have to squeeze, but is ok. Washing machine and dryer has to be queue up for long and take turn many time since they only provide 3units only the highest floor and some more the dryer is not functioning well. The balcony area at the highest floor is relaxing. We might stay here during our next trip."
