"Staff was very accomodating! There was an English speaking staff member that sat down with us and explained everything we needed to know from how to wear the Yukata to using the 7 public onsens. The room itself was quite spacious and very tidy. We tried both of the private onsens on the premise, they were both clean and very relaxing to sit in! Check-in and check-out was easy, there were plenty of amenities on the premise, and they allowed early baggage drop off. Can't recommend enough :)"

"The room is largest among most APA hotels across Japan. Most importantly, the heat can be adjusted even completely turn off. unfortunately, the bathroom water supply was cut off in the morning due to Hotel’s technical issue, which had not been resolved during my stay."
