"Room was spotless and staff were very accommodating. Only negatives were the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay and unfortunately the roof top restaurant was closed on the Sunday which has amazing views of the Rhein."

As others have noted, it's a hotel combined with a residence for older people, and if I end up in such a place in my golden years I'll consider myself to have done well!"

"The room wasnt bad for the price. My only complaint is with Hotels.com. the description of the rom was a bit misleading. We ended with two twin beds that were not next to each other. Me and my wife slept across the room from one another."
