Room was spotless and staff were very accommodating. Only negatives were the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay and unfortunately the roof top restaurant was closed on the Sunday which has amazing views of the Rhein.

Excellent location. Amenities were on point. Only one thing truly needs to be improved, and that’s the elevators. They’re inexcusably slow and the control system needs a software update. Staff, breakfast, bar, and room were fantastic.

Overall a very comfortable hotel. The one thing I disliked is the shower - there is a single volume setting, i.e. just on/off. There should be a way to increase the flow of water.

Good business

It was a business trip so efficiency was vital. The pool was a welcome workout though I wish it had opened earlier in the day. The executive lounge was also a welcome asset after a long day with a little appetite. The staff were always lovely and eager to help.
