A very nice hotel, beautiful grounds in an old castle completely modernized. A bit out of the way but amazing hiking right outside. staff was extremely helpful and breakfast was excellent.

If you are old enough to remember youth hostels, this will suit you! Definitely not 4*. Based on hotel video was fantastic but our experience very different. They have NO double beds. Singles are just pushed together not even made into a double. No double sheet on top to make into a double. Reception closed at 10pm. First morning breakfast served on tiered trays in bar/ reception. Second morning full buffet, , but hot food dry due to heat lamps but better than first morning. No lift in our accommodation block. Appears to be a training/ tutoring facility with seminar rooms and a block solely for group sessions. No multilingual information. Vineyard looked nice. Room clean but no servicing during our stay. Hotel is basic at best definitely not a 4 *

Ich bin vollstens zufrieden. Es war unser 4ter Besuch in diesem Hotel. Lage ist mega, Parkplätze kostenlos, Sauberkeit top. Das Personal scheint neu zu sein oder relativ neu man hat es gemerkt dass die Sicherheit noch nicht so da war, aber bemüht. Was mir aber bei diesem Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht gefallen hat waren die Kopfkissen. Mit dem Wort Katastrophe lässt es sich nicht beschreiben. Ansonsten kann ich wirklich nicht sagen ich wünschte ich hätte ein eigenes Kopfkissen dabei gehabt das war vielleicht mal ein Kissen aber mir fehlen dazu die Worte. Aber das macht das Hotel nicht schlecht ich kann es wirklich nur empfehlen beim nächsten Mal nehme ich ein eigenes Kissen mit weil ansonsten ist dieses Hotel wirklich mega und das Essen sowieso

Wir haben das behindertengerechte Zimmer bekommen. Nicht, dass uns die Tatsache störte, da wir es eigentlich nicht brauchten, sondern eher die Sauberkeit des Bades. Es war komplett verschimmelt. Fugen, Dichtlippen und ein Wasserschieber waren komplett verschimmelt und die Dichtlippen nicht mehr existent. Dadurch ist beim Duschen (nur mit Schlappen möglich - zum Glück hatten wir welche dabei) das komplette Badezimmer geflutet gewesen. Auf die Frage, ob wir ein anderes Zimmer bekämen gab es die Antwort, dass es keine Zimmer mehr gäbe, man uns aber das Bad wischen könne. Notgedrungen nahmen wir das Angebot an. Wäre es nicht spät gewesen und wir hätten dringend Schlaf gebraucht, wären wir da leider nicht länger geblieben. Die Betten sind zum Glück bequem, jedoch gibt es keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Durch das nasse Bad war es sehr feucht-warm im Zimmer und wir konnten kaum schlafen. In Summe würden wir hier leider nicht mehr wieder kommen und ärgern uns über die 80€, die das Zimmer gekostet hat.

Ich kann nicht sagen woher die 4 Sterne kommen sollen, es erinnert eher an ein mittelmäßiges 3 Sterne Hotel/Jugendherberge. Ein Wasserkocher stand zwar im Zimmer, Tee oder Kaffee gabs jedoch keinen. Die Toilette war bei Ankunft dreckig. Alte Fenster, alte Heizungen, Schimmel im Bad. Klappbetten an der Wand und sehr kleines Zimmer. Teils sehr weite Wege vom Zimmer zum Parkplatz mit vielen Stufen.
